Feature Preview: Upcoming Private Trades

In a post-apocalyptic galaxy, trading is one of the cornerstones of survival. Over time, multiple options for exchanging goods have been added to the game, like visiting vendors or placing offers on the public market. The game economy dynamically reacts to supply and demand  per station while University courses and your local reputation also affect your personal prices. Today we want to share a preview of a new option: direct trading.

Necessity is the mother of (weapons) invention!

The question of survival awakes the most primal instincts in us. And that includes the urge to arm ourselves in the face of a threat. But since the Catastrophe destroyed so much, those who want to enter battle with a functional weapon to hand need to harness their creativity.

And so, in the post-Catastrophe world of Tau Station, refurbished rifles and chop-job shotguns are the norm. Here, people improvise and handcraft solutions to their problems!

Artwork update: Items of Opportunity

The latest game update featured new artwork. Previously, we added many new 3D images for stims, weapons, armor, and special epic items that can be found in Syndicate campaigns. But there are also various more everyday objects that are part of life in Tau Station: items you can find while scavenging in the Ruins or crucial items needed to complete discreet work.

Avatars in Tau Station

Since avatars were introduced to Tau Station, you can now decide your character’s physical appearance. Later updates were made to public profile page layouts and other UIs so that citizens’ avatar images are now visible throughout.
